If you’re going through hell, keep going
If you’re going through hell, keep going
Businessman, data analyst, creative director and experience curator. John Crenshaw brings an unfamiliar face to traditional business. Crenshaw was born to two working-class parents. His father served 20 years in the United States Army. Crenshaw cites his strict childhood as a building block to his success. Currently living in Austin, Texas. He has created a variety of businesses and media platforms from ranging from real estate acquisition to an event promotion company.
Crenshaw went to school for Biochemistry at Texas State University before leaving to start his electronics company Console Pros in 2016. From there he branched out into real estate acquiring his first property. Later, Crenshaw would found CrenVentures, a private investment holdings firm and HELLO! Marketing to continue his career in data analysis & advertisement.
Crenshaw would then become the founding director of Patches of Hope, a charitable organization with the mission of helping children faced with homelessness in the Austin, San Antonio areas.
Bringing people together has always been a skill of Crenshaw’s. The first event he organized, held in a parking lot, brought in 10,000 people. The second event, 35,000. Thus, the name John ‘Hello’ was born (a playoff of the promotion company he started to organize the events under).
Today, Crenshaw remains heavily involved with HELLO! Marketing, his digital advertising & analytics agency he created years ago. Under his leadership, the company plans to expand into five states by 2023. When he finds the time, Crenshaw enjoys fishing, motorcross, BMX, and skateboarding. His favorite quote is, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
